Stunning, never worn Allure gown!

This dress has never been worn, tags are still on! No alterations have been made.  I bought it early in my engagement and since have fallen in love with another dress. This dress is gorgeous, just not what I pictured for my day.Its a strapless, slim A-line gown featuring beautiful lace accents. The bodice has a delicate lace overlay highlighting the empire waistline as soft satin ruches asymmetrically to the skirt. The slim, A-line skirt is soft as the satin creates romantic caught-up details throughout. It is very figure flattering. It is a size 12, I am a street size 8.  My measurements are 38/30/40.  The dress has not been hemmed.  It is still at the boutique, so never been exposed to elements.  I paid approx $850 for it and am asking 700 OBO.
