"MAN"icure, pedicure, facial..oh my!!!!

Hi Ladies,

   As our DW date is quickly approaching...what are your men doing to prepare for the big day? Manicures, pedicures, etc? I know it seems silly but since my FI will be wearing sandals he could def use a little help! LOL Please let me know I am not alone?

my FI is getting his eyebrows waxed! he also wants a facial (and so do i!!) but it actually isn't in the budget. BUT-the night before we leave we will most likely go together and get pedicures because he loves them just like i do

 

(side note--what are some brides getting done? i'm pretty much waxing my entire body -ha! arms, legs, armpits, brows, and brazillian. mani/pedi as well. feel a little stupid spending that much money but whatever. i'm gettin married!!)

Since you asked, lol, I'm pretty much removing all the hair on my body! No joke! If it can be epilated, waxed or shaved, it will be removed.

 

FI will probably tweeze his eyebrows, wax his back, go tanning, and kill me for telling everyone on the forum that he is doing this

My FI isn't doing anything other then getting a haircut.

 

I have fair skin and will look like a lobster by the time the wedding comes around if it wasn't for tanning, so I will be tanning, and probably have to start about 6 months early haha.

 

My best friend is a hairdresser and esthetician so I get things for cheap! Ill be highlighting my hair, getting a facial, waxing, and doing gel toes and nails.

glad to hear another groom that isn't afraid of a little "grooming"! lol I gently talked mine into hair cut, eyebrow wax, and pedicure. he was so not down for any chest waxing though! lol I am pretty much getting the works done...might as well! I also prefer to get the treatments done by professionals that I have a relationship with here versus someone I just met. I am getting bridal hair and makeup done on the big day however.
