Ross is like marshalls or a TJ Maxx.  You can go to their website http://www.rossstores.com/ to find store locations. You have to go there like once a wk.  Since you have 11 you may want to check JC Penny www.jcpenney.com  . Since the seasons are changing department store dresses are very affordable. Not sure if you have a Dillards close to you but every so often they offer a addidtional 40% off their clearance items if you have a Dilards card. Next time they offer 40% off Ill try to keep you posted Good luck

Bump for visibility... I'm trying to get ideas on where to look for inexpensive bridesmaid dresses. I've checked out J Crew (not cheap!!!), target, macys, and a few others mentioned in here, but still looking for ideas. I live in Canada but will be doing a shopping trip in Michigan in the fall.

Zappos.com. It's USA but if you liked one ship it to a mail place in Michigan. I almost did this.

 

Also try sears - look online - they have some nice cocktail dresses. Also Laura has a more formal section too. Hmmmm

Try the sale section on the Donna Morgan website. I got all 5 of my girls dresses there for $300 bucks. Not too bad when each dress was orginally $250 each.
