One more question.did you make the survival kits yourself or did you buy them? I want to make my own but don't know where to buy the little bags and top labels.

You can use cardstock and cut to size to make the top labels. I think many people have also bought standard size post cards from Vistaprint and folded them. 

 

Also you can use zip lock baggies for the bags. I bought clear treat bags from Michael's for mine. They were in the gift bag/box section.

I found them at Target.  If you can't find them there, I'd check Amazon.com or ebay- I got a few things from both of those places as well.
