Do you remember where you got the paper from for the cover (with the rounded edges) or did you round the edges yourself?  Also, what size did you make them?

Its just regular cardstock, i bought a corner rounder punch, you can get them at any craft store. I'm not sure of the size off the top of my head but you can download the template at www.ayleebits.com though
