do these pants look too tight on my FI? please vote!

Recommended Posts

hey all,

my FI hates shopping and making clothing decisions, so he insists they are fine because he doesn't want to try them on again!

i dont know if its just that the second picture is really bad. i like how he looks in the first one, but this second picture is throwing me off. i know on our wedding day he will look happier and be all shaved and cleaned up. plus i will find a better knot for his tie - i find this way looks weird. so i just a want a general opinion. should we get him a size bigger intead?

thanks for the belt idea. i like it!  we already went ahead and ordered a bigger size. lucky the pants we bought fit one of the groomsmen, so it worked out great.

Hi Purple Unicorn,

I think your FI looks fine, but comfort is number one because you are both going to be excited, nervous, etc on the big day. Another thing I'd suggest taking into consideration is the destination. If it's hot and humid, I'd go with loose fitting! What I did for my FI (or now husband!) was went out and bought a second pair of the same pants one size bigger and made him try those on. As soon as he tried on the bigger pair he made up his own mind and I returned the smaller pair.

At the end of the day, it's his decision and how he feels is most important :)
