Rehearsal Dinner Suggestions?

Hello - we are trying to decide on Rehearsal Dinner locations for May 2011.  There will be 16 of us and we really want to keep around $50/peron including alcohol/tax/tip.  Do any restaurants in Cabo allow guests to bring bottles of wine/corkage fee?  Please provide any suggestions. We are having our rehearsal dinner at Mi Casa because the food is authentic and it is truly an amazing experience when you go!

 

Drinks are pricey but check with their manager for a deal.

Have you checked out a sunset cruise? With such a small group you would probably have to go with a public cruise, but you can generally get a group rate of approximately $40 including food, alcolhol, and entertainment. Check out Sunrider, Tropicat, or Cabo Mar. Also, Maria Corona is a nice restaurant downtown that is quite a bit less expensive than Mi Casa if that proves to be outside of your budget.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Mi Casa and had a great time.  the food and service were both fantastic.  Plus it's a really fun atmosphere.  They worked it out so our guests had a choice of beer, water, or Sangria...it worked perfectly and everyone enjoyed it!

Thanks ladies but my fiance and I have eaten at Mi Casa so we want to find somewhere new.  Someone suggested Puerta Viaja - anyone have any experience with this restaurant?  The views are beautiful.

What about Sunset Da Mona Lisa?  I am in the process of organising a surprise birthday dinner for my sister there and the prices are not bad.
