Riviera Maya 2012 Bride!!

Thank you all for all the warm welcomes!!! We've narrowed our search down to Barcelo Maya Palace, Aventura Palace, Dreams Tulum or Dreams Riviera Cancun.... Hoping to go down for a site visit in the next few months!!! We can't wait though i feel like were starting all of this pretty early on! Are there any other June 2012 brides out there yet?

Welcome to the forum! You will find info about pretty much all the resorts here. Some of our personal favorites are Barcelo Maya Palace, Azul Sensatori, and The Royal in Playa del Carmen. Have fun!

Question for you, I have decided to go with Dreams Riviera for next November.  I just wanted to know if you were able to hire an outside photographer or if they are making you use their photographer.  I asked what the costs etc... would be and one of the people stated that they don't allow external vendors.  Did you find the same issue?

Welcome and congratulations!!  There are many photographers right here on the site.  I would recommend browsing through our websites or blogs to get a feel for the hotels on your shortlist!  It will give you a more specific idea of ceremony locations, the color scheme of the hotel, and the general personality of the hotel (often, more so than the hotel websites themselves!).  And don't forget that the Riviera Maya has amazing places for unforgettable Trash the Dress experiences. (check out The Blog for some ideas)
