anyone bring a large amount of mugs?

I searched to see if I could find this answer. I have 42 people coming to Puerto Vallarta. We are making OOT bags and really want to include mugs. But how do we bring them down? I feel like they would need at least two suitcases! Anyone have advice for me?  Thanks!
