Ivory trumpet dress. What veil length?

Hi ladies!

I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a veil style.  I was thinking elbow length, should it be embellished or should I avoid it due to the bodice detail.  The veil will be ivory, my hair will be down in curls, and it's long down to my back.  The veil should be longer than my hair, right? 

It's all very confusing!   Any suggestions would be helpful
