who have you worked with at the resort that is helpful and prompt?

 

the person we were dealing with left, and not sure who we should be contacting to get the best service..

Natalie Green is the new wedding coordinator.  If you search the forum for Grand Palladium Jamaica, you will find threads with LOADS of information.

Just remember they are on island time.  It may take her a couple of days to respond, especially since your wedding day is in August.
