Can everyone post who they've used or are planning to use for Hair and Makeup!

Has anyone used The Spa at Playacar Palace for hair and makeup?  How were they?

I'm booking a hair trial at the spa before the wedding and bringing hair inspiration pics with me. But just incase i hate what they do I will try to have a simple hair do selected and planned with someone in my family that can maybe curl my hair for me. I guess it depends what you are looking for. In my case i should be okay either way because i just want to leave my hair down, long and flowy with some sort of flower in it
