Any recommendations for Hair and Make-up People and did resort charge outside vendor fee?

My daughter is looking for an outside hair and make-up person but does not want to pay the $500 outside vendor fee.  Have any of you had any luck with hiring an outside hair and makeup person without having to pay the $500 fee.....maybe just a day pass fee?

Any great recommendations for someone that does hair and makeup would be greatly appreciated.  She is getting married May 28, 2011 at Azul Beach.
