Help... has anyone gotten married in Playa Del Carmen outside of a hotel?

We're staying at The Royal PDC but our budget is getting out of control.  Do you know of any places other than hotels to get married on the beach (civil union only - no catholic Churches please because we're not catholic).

 

If anyone has any ideas, it would be most appreciated!
