The resort rates appear to be lowest May-October.  Is June and July really thier 'busy' season??

I guess it was just an assumption of mine that their busy season is June and July.  I might be more Spring Break time during March and April.  However, it is a very busy season for them as a lot of honeymooning couples head there during this time.  Also from many reviews I have read and the pictures, the pools and overall resort was much more full than the Fall while I was there.  I have also been to Aventura Spa Palace in November and it was also only at 40% capacity.

Ok, thanks for the info.  I was wondering about this.  My TA suggested that the resort sells out year round, but I have heard others say it was at 20-50% capacity during thier trips.  We are going in May for a site visit, I will be interested to see if the resort is full.

Due to Hurricane season all of the resorts in Mexico have a low season from September thru November.

Can anyone help a newly engaged newbie with information or pictures of Cancun Palace? We are planning to have our legal ceremony at home then head to Cancun Palace for a symbolic ceremony and expect approximately 50 of our 165 invited guests to come. We will want a semi private rehearsal dinner Friday and a ceremony and private reception Saturday night. I am having trouble getting a response. I have emailed my request and also emailed the Miami office with no response...Please help! We want an October wedding so I need to hurry

What time of the year where these pictures taken? Does anyone know if the beach look different at different times of the year?

O also do you have any closer pictures of the beach. I have heard mixed reviews on the appearance of the beach/water.

The closer you get to the water the worse it is.  If you are further back it's pretty clean.  Here are a few photos of the beach

Here we are closer to the water and to the right of my husband you can sort of see the seaweed and the tractor marks

 

Here is just our feet, it stands out more in black and white you can see the tractor lines as well.

Here is a group from out wedding down by the water, a small amount of seaweed.  It was taken around 2:00pm. The trucks run every couple of hours to clean it up.  Hope this helps.
