What to eat the days before the wedding?

I'm going to try not to overindulge and will be skipping the dessert buffet.  I also want to make sure that I go to the gym in the mornings.  I hate missing my workouts even when I'm on vacation.  I figure going to the gym will help with any stress beforehand.

Ya know, I think there is some sort of pattern with the poolside hamburgers at various resorts, lol. I find as general rule, they NEVER cook them long enough...I've been to three resorts and this was always the case with them being pink (like, entirely too pink...ground beef should be cooked through!). So I'll be avoiding the poolside snack bar the days before my wedding!

I think that we are forgetting about swimming! The ocean, the pool, walks on the beach...that's some good ideas to keep us moving before the wedding! I'm only there for 2 days before we get married, so I just have to stay away from the bacon, eggs and sausages...breakfast is my favourite!!
