Congrats on the wedding! I am getting married there in december and was able to find people who were willing to help me plan earlier at the Hard Rock! If you contact the planners directly they will respond pretty quickly. My wedding planner at the HR only takes a few hours to get back to me. Shes fabulous!

I am getting married at the Majestic Elegance next door from the Hard Rock.  I would love to stop by and see the Hard Rock, though.  Does anyone know if the Hard Rock resort allows non-guests to walk through the resort/restaurants or pay a day fee?  Or is it all-inclusive only?

Do any Hard Rock brides have pics from their wedding? i want to hear about how HDC photography was. I was checking them out on facebook (their page is huellas del caribe) and I thought they looked amazing. just wanted some first hand info

who have you been in contact with at the hard rock. I was told by the sales team that someone will be contacting me, but only 3 months before the wedding! I'm getting nervous because I have so many questions, and i need some things to be in place soon. Is there an email address you can share? Or did you just call the resort directly?

First, does anyone have any idea why the VIP Events web page isn't linked through the Hard Rock Punta Cana website? I am about to put down the deposit for our May 18, 2012 wedding package at HR and I feel like many of the other resorts have more thorough information about the wedding packages. I'm hoping that HR/Palace Weddings is going to give us more info once we pay the deposit. Also, can anyone tell me what happened after they paid the deposit to confirm their wedding date?

Who are the TA's for this area. I was speaking with one from the Bahamas and they just stopped responding. Also did the hotel offer group rates. We want to reserve 20-30 rooms but not sure if they will all be booked. We are waiting for the cordinatior to get back to us, has only been 48 hours.

 

We want a package deal for our guests, hotel and airfare.

 

Are you having your guests book through the hotel or just on there own???

Hi ladies! I've been desperatly searching for weddings at the hard rock that were in the gazebo. If any one has any photos. Ive seen a few of the gazebo empty. I didn't know if one was close to the beach? Also, does anyone know if outside photographers are allowed in? I read on their site that they don't allow outside vendors. But when it was the moon palace it was allowed. I really don't want the resort photographer. That scares me! I'm looking at a march 2012 wedding Reading all the forums on here have really helped. It's nice to hear from other brides to be. Jenna
