Can't post to Buy/Sell/trade!!

Hey girls!! Am I the only one who can't post to the "Buy/Sell/Trade" Thread!?!  I click on there almost every day because I am trying to sell my hair flower, and it keeps telling me that I am over my limit and to check back later.  I do have two things for sale on there already, but I see people post multiple things all the time!?

 

There also seems to be a problem with the fact that when people do post that it is adding their posting 2-3 times!
