Hi!

 

As our wedding planning has progressed, we've moved onto the idea of having a pig roast at a private estate.  We'd love if we could have the actual whole pig roasted at the home and then serve it during the reception at the home.

 

So, basically, we'd have a menu of appetizers, a starting course, the pig, and then dessert which a friend of ours would provide.

 

Any ideas on a caterer or private chef would specializes in this?
