Personalized Temporary Tattoo ?

My fiance and I are wanting to have some temporary tattoo's made for a "favor".  Something fun but also including either Jamaica, our wedding date, possibly our names.  I have found a couple places online but had some questions for you helpful ladies.

Anyone have any ideas?  

Anyone do this?  If so, how did they turn out and who did you use for design & or production?

I think 4imprint does this.  I don't remember how much, but they definitely have this option.
