Hawaii Brides: Did it REALLY take 60-120 days to get your license?

FI and I were filling out our marriage license application last night and the website said that the completed licenses will be mailed 60-120 days after the wedding.  Did it seriously take 2-4 months to get your license?  Did anyone apply for and receive a certified copy sooner?  Thanks!

wow that's a long time. hopefully there is a way to expedite it.

I'm not sure but I've seen other posts complaining about how long it was taking
