My sister doesn't like my dress :(

I agree with everyone else!! If you were okay with it before her comment then go with your gut...also, pictures of things look totally different online..are you able to take her to the store w/you and try it on for her...she may have a different reaction??

OK 100% honest opinion, that dress looks AMAZING on you! Its the prefect beach dress and I bet it will keep you really cool in the heat! And OMG you can not beat that price!!!

Could your sister still be stuck on the 5k dress that you loved? Maybe she is comparing the two on how she thought you felt towards each one? Did she say what she didn't like about it? Can you post a picture of the first dress you tried on for 5k?

Buy it! That's an amazing price - you obviously loved it BEFORE you talked to her and I think you are torturing yourself continuing to look for "The Dress." I promise you it is perfect!

Personally I think its beautiful, it looks great on you. But if you are not 100% sure its "the one" I would keep looking.

Thanks for the advice ladies... as usual, you are all right. For those of you that have sisters, you know "the tone" - I sent her the same pictures I just posted for you all and she just said "its very nice." I think the problem is that its not "wedding" enough for her.

 

You are all right though - shes not wearing it, I am... fI just hate teh that little voice in my head that wants my mother and sister to love it as much as I do. I love the dress and I just hope that when she sees it in mexico with the veil, hair and makeup, she will understand why I chose it.

 

I have another week to decide, but I really think this is the perfect dress (atleast I hope it is)

 

TammyB - the first dress is a Pnina Tornai dress, which she makes exclusively for Kleinfelds. There are no pictures of it ANYWHERE. Also, the designer was in NY (from Israel) for a trunk show and personally takes your measurements. That was part of the stress of that dress - I couldnt even think twice because I had to make my decision in the store that weekend.
