Baker for Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort

Does anyone know if they use an outside baker at GP Jamaica Resort?  If so, who do they use?

We used Helen G Events baker and she will be delivering our cake the morning of our wedding. Just to give you an idea to hotel was going to charge us an additional $1000 (in addition to the package that included a cake).. compared to Helen G Events who charged us $600 for a cake that feeds 70 people.
