I have lost 12.5 inches and 13 pounds using body wraps, they detox, tighten, tone and firm the skin and I have kept it off for over 6 months now, getting ready for our anniversary :) Oh, the website I order from is www.krystalkesler.itworks.net the products are so simple to use at home which I loved because I am very shy around people and I don't really want them to see my body :/ Congrats to all you newlyweds and newly engaged! Hope this info helps!

If you google couch to 5k you can find a website that shows you what to do over a course of weeks to get you from a beginner to running a 5k, I also downloaded an app on my phone for it, I have not started yet but I am planning to in Sept.

I have really been slaking this summer, I am still down 15-20 lbs (depending on the day) from my original weight but i would like to be 30 lbs total down. I am having surgery next friday so I am planning on getting back into exercising the beginning of sept and trying that couch to 5k. One of my bridesmaids is really into running and she always does a 5k in november that goes right in front of my house, I normally will sit in my front yard and watch her but my goal is to run it with her this year!

I just got home from doing Week 5 Day 1 of couch to 5k, and i love it!!! I quit smoking about started exercising, then started this program, (i have the iphone app)...i have never really exercised before, and never been in a gym, so for me to be doing this is a huge deal!! I highly reccomend it, but the thing is each workout is only about 25-30 minutes, and they recomend only 3 times a week, so at that pace you wont burn enough calories to lose weight, so it is more fore building endurance. So i do the C25K workout, then keep going for about another 1/2 hour, and on 'rest' days i still work out by doing sprints, squats, and other tortureous exercises :)

Hi Ladies :)

So, I started with the It Works program 6 weeks ago that I heard about from a friend and I have to say I absolutely LOVE it, I was a full 9, I am now back into my 5's and can actually squeeze into my 4's! I bought a box of their Ultimate Body wraps, a bottle of definig gel and started taking the Ultimate Thermofit and the Fat Fighters and I have not had to exercise at all! If anyone wants to check it out her name is Krystal Kesler, the site is www.krystalkesler.itworks.net This has changed so much for me and I'm going to be able to wear the dress I wanted :) So excited!

Hey ladies - just checking in, how is everyone doing?

I've been on a month-long plateau, but today I did a quick scale hop (just to check in) and it looks like I'm finally losing again! :) I had 4 sessions at the gym last week, and will have 1 session on my own this week and 2 with my trainer. :) My weigh-in day is Friday, so fingers crossed!

I am an avid runner and have ran marathons as well as half marathons (usually the Rock and Roll series marathons), best advice is to invest in a HRM, I have a Polar FT 60, it helped me train for my first few because I knew which zone I am in.  Now I use it because it helps me count my burned calories while i track my calorie intake.  these are really important numbers for continual weight loss!

Hope that helps!

I guess it's time for me to join this thread!  I need tons of motivation!  But I have no idea where to start.  Everytime I work out, I tend to bulk up and gain more weight...So needless to say, I dislike working out, but I have to.  Any suggestions on what may be working for you would be great!  Happy working out!!!  :)
