Coconoir1908 - I signed up for WW again back in November or December for the 3 months. But I understand about another bill and trying to keep costs down. Thats why I was so surprise that I was logging my food into Loseit more so than WW which I am paying for. I tried doing both for a couple days but it got very annoying. Plus I like to see actual calories than points.  I'm also do not like the new point system that much. I just dont see how pineapples and mangoes and other fruits that are very hi in sugar are equal to ZERO Points under the new system. I like to follow the method of "caloire is a caloire" so as much as I love pineapples I know I can not sit and eat too many of them b/c of the sugar content and all the calories I would be consuming.

lost 3.8 this week!! so stoked! just enough to keep me going after a rough start to my week at work.

FI was out tonight so I had a great opportunity to do the 30 day shred video.... and yet I sat on the couch and watched My Strange Addiction all night. No snacking though. I'll call it a win.

Its so good to hear the success on here. I'm trying to get back to where I was ~3 years ago which means down 20. I can't even bring myself to go try on dresses yet! Once those first 20 are gone I'll work on the second half losing and toning.

I eat fairly well (we all need to splurge) but its the not working out that got me where I am today.  Tried to pick up running (couch to 5k program) but even with trouble with my ankles (thats what I get for wearing heels every day) I started to enjoy it. Right now I've kept with walking every day (car accident a week ago - don't want to hurt myself further).

I would love to find a gym buddy - there isn't anyone in Ft Lauderdale area is there?

Keep up the good work everyone!

What is the Couch to 5K??? I seen this pop up on here a few times and I'm stating to get curious... starting to get bored with my 90 days routine. Only 30 more days on Monday so I've been searching around what my next 90 day "attack" is going to be. Any suggestions woould be greatly appreciated. Just a note.. I live in a small town that doesn't offer much in the way of programs or groups so I do most at home or at a limited gym. Thanks Ladies!!!

Couch to 5k is a running program that you can download onto your iPod or iPhone that helps get you in running shape.  It's an interval running training so you're constantly tricking your body up and you're getting into the shape needed to do some serious running :)

I am getting married in a year ( feb 2012) and I find that staying motivated is the hardest thing. When the scale goes down and up all the time it is so frustrating. I am working out 4 times a week with the "Wii active 2" video game, which is actually pretty good. I find that I get sore ankles from all the running on the spot but I just rest up for a day or so and get back to it. I have lost about 4-5 pounds in just over a month. So hopefully the scale keeps going down! :)

This thread is so helpful! I am getting married in April 2012 and have about 40 lbs to lose to get where I would like to be. I am waiting for surgery on my ankle so I'm finding it hard to get cardio in since I can't do treadmill, eliptical, etc. Yoga is also out. Guess that means I have to focus on diet and weights. My physiotherapist says the stationary bike is ok as well. I lost a bit before I tore the ligament in my ankle, but I haven't been very good since then. Time to get back at it!
