Welcome to the forum!  Las Brisas is great because it has its own private cove, a beautiful location - I've been to Ixtapa several times, and I've been to Las Brisas, but never stayed there.   I usually stay a resort around the point from Las Brisas - but , my assistant stayed there a couple of months ago and loved it.

I live about 5 minutes down the road from Las Brisas in Ixtapa and photographed a wedding and private couple's shoot there in January 2011.

It is really beautiful and very very spacious and private.  There is a rock outcrop separating it from the main beach in Ixtapa. Las Brisas has an exclusive beach. If you are planning a beach wedding, it might be useful to check the tidal charts closer to your wedding date as the tides vary greatly throughout the year.

I'd be happy to help with further questions. The best way to get ahold of me these days is via email - [email protected]

Happy planning!
