'Another Canadian Store to try off the rack dresses is "Envy" - great prices and really nice.  I get special occassion dresses there all the time.  You can look at some of their stuff online.

I wish I had enough in my budget for a short dress too.

LOL I disagree.  I can wear short dresses anytime I want, but I know I will want to wear my wedding dress for as long as I can, because there's only ever that one chance  I never even considered changing into something else for the reception.

Same here.  I can't wait to wear my wedding dress all day....and again at my home reception.....and on any random weekend when I am bored. LOL!!!
