No, I didn't message him back. I almost wrote him back but it would have been really sarcastic/mean and like Maria said, he could have taken it as me wanting attention for getting married. We were really close for like 3 years - like he would be at our apartment when we weren't type of close - then we moved far from each other and don't keep in touch as much.

 

I don't need his validation or anything, I just think if I were in his shoes I would at least feel guilted in to giving the obligatory "Hey, I heard about the wedding, I've been busy, etc.". But no, and it's okay. He's doing his band thing so whatever. But no messages from me and I think I'll delete him from my friends list.

i think my initial reaction would be to send a nasty message back...but what good would that really do?

just block him and remember the good times together!
