Nmurch,

I'm so sorry to hear that! But if you're near a Whole Foods Market purchase some Raw Honey. My company sells raw honey (you do not have to buy our brand- Wholesome Sweeteners- because it is very expensive). But start applying it now..every chance you get.

I know for a fact that it works because my intern was in a bad motorcycle accident and he burned a lot of his skin. He started using the honey, and the burns HONESTLY looked better within 5-6 days. Were they completely healed, no..but they looked a lot better.

Also, trust your photographer. He'll definitely be able to photoshop the burn. No worries there. I hope this helps!

Oh no!! you poor thing, that must of hurt like crazy. I understand your dilema but honestly it doesn't look that bad... I think with some foundation and or self tanner lotion you could blend it. Everyone will be looking at you and your dress not your finger plus like you said ivan will edit the professional pics for youl

Good luck hun... OMG soooo close:)

So sorry this happened to you! I got burned pretty bad on my hand too. When it first happened my mom used to cut open natural aloe and put the jelly on the burn. It helped a lot. Perhaps you can try that. As far as pictures though, Ivan's a pro. I'm sure he'll make your finger look good as new in your pics. Hopefully you can get your ring on by the time the wedding comes. Try your best not to stress.

It really doesnt look to bad!  I'm sure by the time your wedding comes it won't be to bad, and plus your photographer will be able to edit the photos.  And it might be a great story to tell your grand children one day:)

That's awful! To be honest, when you were describing it, I had this really gross image in my head, but when I saw the pics, I thought- that's totally going to heal! It's going to look better by then and if not, there are people that can make it look normal (like photographer). Good luck, and don't worry!

I have more scars on my body than I'd like to admit. Burns (including boiling water, hot cooking oil, being pushed into a hot stove, and grabbing a hot platter which had just come from the oven), surgeries, drunken and/or clumsy incidents... anyhow, I've tried lots of different things. For burns, I typically use aloe until it seems to be well healed, then I swear by Mederma. Also, make sure to keep it covered and away from sunlight at all costs.

Hope this helps! Good luck!!! I have no doubt you will be a stunningly beautiful bride! Enjoy the day and trust your photographer if you still have any worries! :) Congrats!!
