FYI-Tylenol is not a good med for a hangover, Advil/Motrin/Aleve better for OOT bags

I see that a lot girls put Tylenol in their hangover/wedding survival kits and I just wanted to share that I did some research and taking Tylenol when liquor is still in your system can actually cause your liver to explode. Even asprin is better because it's not as hard on the stomach.  If you want, just do a simple search in Google with the words "Tylenol" and "hangover."  Everyone on this forum has been extremely helpful and I thought I'd share some helpful info in return.

Wow that's pretty scary if it's true! I tend to use Ibuprofen as a pain killer anyway, but sometimes have used Tylenol! I haven't been able to find a good deal on pain killers for my OOT bags yet, so I havent purchased Tylenol, and won't now!

There are countless articles written on this (easy web search).  Main reason we only keep Advil in the house and not Tylenol!  Great post to share!  Thanks fmichele!

Michelle - a great piece of information to know!  I haven't bought any pain reliever yet, but certainly will stick to the Advil like I originally thought of!
