Yes, you do get alot of contradicting information.  In the new and updated wedding pack it does state resort credit can be used on spa and salon treatments.  I forwarded Karla the link.  However, she was still adamant thatresort credit could not be used on salon services.  She sent me a Spa pack.  As she recommended Spa treaments should be booked in advance.  I have done this as me and all the girls are going to have some treaments the morning of the wedding.  We have $2500 resort credit per room to use.  We can use upto $500 on spa treatments.  I am getting married on 8th may 2012.  Fly out on the 30th April.  I have been in touch with the Florida based wedding co ordinator.  Her name is Beatriz Santana.  She has been very helpful.  I have booked the diamond package.  As I have 84+ room nights booked I also qualify for unlimited private functions.  We are having the ceremony in the Tucan Gazebo.  The cocktail hour directly after the ceremony on the Tucan terrace.  I have reserved the Carribean terrace for the wedding reception.  I have decided on the Metallic sands collection by Colin Cowe for the decor.  My colour theme is silver.  I have a firework display. Mariachi band for reception. I am so excited! Beatriz has sent me loads of downloads.  I have pictures of wedding locations.  Menu options, platted and buffet.  Spa and salon pack.  Centrepieces options and prices brochures.  Deco cancun services. I had the most amazing jewelry experience last night. A family friend has been asking me if I would look at her stuff http://www.collettemarie.com/store.html  she has a website but it doesn't begin to show all that she has. She only deals with swarovsky crystal in all sorts of colors and makes everything earrings, bracelets, necklaces and best of all I ordered the most absolutely adorable ankle bracelets for my girls with swarovsky starfish (5 of them ) on each with beads in the middle. will be like this with starfish instead of chili peppers lol 

 

my nieces were begging me for these in pink with a starfish and a shorter dangle and i got them with matching necklaces

 

I am too excited she gave me crazy discounts and is easy to negotiate and the stuff was the most gorgeous I have ever seen for the prices. i ordered everyone's jewelyy big big check off my list. If you want custom stuff that is such amazing quality definitely contact her. i am so thrilled. I couldn't sleep. I ordered the flower girl dresses too another big check. About time I am under 2 months lol

I found my photog on this site, there are tons of reviews on here of different vendors in general.  I found they are super responsive and quick.  They will give you quotes and you can go from there.  You can also ask us again once you have narrowed it down on who we are using, etc....
