Calling all fashionistas!! How to make my preowned dress unique?...

Hi everyone,

 

I bought a preowned gown from ebay.  Loved it but then did the very silly thing of continuing to dress hunt and fell in love with another gown at a bridal salon.

 

The gown I have from ebay... (cost $300) without alteration / cleaning... it is by allure.

 

 

The gown I want...  It will cost around €1300.  Its Mikaella.

 

 

 

 

My question is ... any ideas what i can do to my current dress to make it more 'wow'.  I asked the alteration lady when I got a quote about adding straps and she said it would be very difficult to match up fabric but she could do crystal straps...

 

All your help is really appreciated.

what would you think about adding straps?  maybe crystal straps?...
