1 p.m. Ceremony at Dreams Cancun?

Hey Becky. Unfortunately, 1 p.m. or 11 a.m. are the only time slots left to choose from. I'm not opposed to an afternoon ceremony, but I wanted to see what other people have done during that time. I feel a lot better about it. Thanks for sharing!

Welcome! I'm a Dreams Cancun bride as well however I have the last time slot of the day (actually I'm pushing the ceremony to 5 or 5:30 to avoid some heat!). I really like your idea of having the buffet conclude at sunset. Then it gives you the option of continuing the night someplace or turning in early to enjoy some alone time. Happy planning!

I'm located in Cancun so maybe I could be helpful for you. I know the Dreams Cancun, it is a very nice hotel to get married in, I also know the wedding coordinator Claudia Cantillo she is a nice person and she is very dedicated to her weddings. I am agree with you regarding offer to your guest cocktails after the reception while taking the pictures, it's a good way to have your guests talking and each other and refreshing before the party. I recommend to take the pictures between 3:30 and 5:30 pm because at that time the sun is not to strong and you are going to avoid to make ugly faces, closed eyes and ugly shadows in the face and also you are going to take advantage of the time to take nice pics.
