cheer2.gifThat is SOOO great! WOW 5.8 in 5 days! Congrats!

I was lucky not to have any gain from my cheat, however I have stalled! I guess I'd rather stall than gain. I'm hoping tomorrow the scale will go down again. So for me I am R2P2D10, and only down 5.8...DARN! But I am staying on track and making sure I don't do anything that might make me want to cheat! I am shooting for the full 40 days, but I don't know if I will make it! Haha another 33 days seems like FOREVER! I guess we will see! Are you exercising? Keep up the FANTASTIC work! :)

Hello Jetsettinbride!

No I do not use that! That does not contain REAL HCG. If you want to get real HCG, you either have to get a prescription for it or get it from out of the country. I get mine from alldaychemist.com. I take the Rx HCG in sublingual form. I have a HUGE phobia of needles, so I decided this was the best method. There is a new movement of homeopathic HCG. I think most are scams, but just do your research to make sure that you are getting the product you want! There are some great websites out there. Before you do anything, make sure you read Dr Simeons "Pounds and Inches". Try to read ALL of it...the more informed you are the more successful you will be!

Good Luck!

Don't worry!

It will not mess your metabolism up. If anything it will help it! The goal of this program is to actually reset your hypothalamus to recognize your lower body weight as a "base" or more normal weight. I can send you some links with more info. I haven't had a problem at all!

It is really good! Make sure you put A LOT of chili powder. I love it! Its best the next day, as it gives all the spices time to really soak in! I make a bunch and then take them with me to work for lunch! The people who have lost that much weight are generally the people with 100+ lbs to lose. And thats typically only in the first week or so. It is more normal for for women to lose .5 lbs a day. That is more realistic...and it will make sure your body can stabilize better when you are off this phase. Don't worry, you are right on track!

I know how you feel about cake...I LOVE CAKE!!! Just know if you do have some, expect a gain or a stall that could last a few days. I just TODAY lost some weight since Saturday because of my cheat. Just really think about it before you do it. But I totally understand!

UPDATE

It was a good week. Losses have slowed down, but that is to be expected during week 2 and 3. I stalled for a few days due to my cheat last week, but thankfully didn't gain! I stayed on track ALL week with no cheats! Yay! That's half the battle! Not a whole lot to report otherwise. I haven't tried too many new recipes, but I haven't gotten COMPLETELY sick of everything yet! Ha Ha! I do have to say as I am headed into the 3rd week, I am REALLY starting to want to be done with this round. I am shooting for the 40 day round, but it seems SOOOO far away! Another 24 days to go... just have to stay focused!

Week 2: down 8 lbs

Oh I wish I had you ladies motivation! I tried this before, but was just entirely too hungry to stick with it. I still have like 3 tubes of HCG left & was thinking about giving it a go again. I get married in April & cannot fit into my wedding dress at all! I was planning on sticking to a diet & exercise program these last 3 months, but recently had an injury and surgery a few days ago so am completely bedridden :( So, now I have to depend completely on diet & need to do something!

QueenDiva,

You should only be hungry the first week or so. It does go away after a while. However if it lasts longer than that, you should try adjusting the dosage. Another important factor is drinking enough water! Did you do all the research for this diet before you did it? There are a lot of things out there that will help you stay motivated and provide support for any questions/concerns.
