Sorry I'm so late guys...I just got back from Urgent care..cause I'm part Idiot :) I sliced my finger open with a HandBlender...I'm fine..but had to get a tetanus shot and luckily they could glue my finger back together and I didn't need stitches (cause I'd probably have cried)....

Anyway,..here are Week 3 Results....

Oh no, glad you're okay!!  And thanks for the props!  :o)  I was shocked when I looked at the numbers I had sent you and realized there was almost 2 pounds difference.  I've been working out for years and have simply maintained.  But, lately I've been eating healthy and am finally seeing some results.  This week may be a toughie though as I have a night out planned.  So, we will see. 

 

Congrats to Cassie on being BL this week!!

MARLA! OMG!! I hope you heal well.  Don't ever worry about getting results to us "late" if you SLICED YOURSELF OPEN!  You take care of you first.  We can wait for you to have your open wounds closed up.  It's not like we're bridezillas. :-)

We went to the casinos this weekend and I did okay at being good on Saturday (broiled Mahi Mahi and oysters, but with a few drinks).  Sunday was a different story.  Mohegan Sun opened up a Pepe's, and we had the best (but not healthiest) pizza ever.  I countered it with A LOT of walking, but since I didn't do any hard core work out, I think I was more bad than good.

So I completed my first week of personal training!! Im pretty proud of myself so far, it was really tough though, I do an hour with the trainer and then another hour to a hour and half of cardio after wards.  Im pretty bummed though, after all those efforts I gained a pound!!!!  Not sure how this could have happened! Any suggestions, tips, info....

Great Job with the personal training....I've heard of this happening with other people..I'm not sure of the actual reason...but something with certain muscles being used that have't been used before.  I know it sucks but I've also heard that after a couple of weeks..it starts to show and all your efforts start paying off....
