tattoo cover up

just wanted to see if any of you tattood brides to be will be covering up your art for your wedding day? curious to see the reasons why some will or wont cover!

 

I have opted to not cover up mainly because i love my art but i have a LOT. i see it being almost impossible LOL

I will definitely be covering up mine, but that's only b/c I don't like it.  I got it when I was really young (14) and it was a bad choice and in terrible shape.

I will be covering mine up.  It's really loud and I don't want it to be the center of my pictures.  Jenn what makeup are you using to cover up?

i only have one that would show if i end up with a sweetheart or v-neck dress, but i do plan on covering it up. i'd love to know about make-up. there are too many choices out there and i'm not sure which ones will actually work!

I went to Sephora and Cover fx worked the best.  I'm just not sure if it will smear.  I was told to use plenty of setting powder, I'm just so afraid of it getting on his suit throughout the day especially during pictures.

I did a little research and it looks like Dermablend, tattoo cover up kit and the cover fx have the best reviews and they range from 30- 60 bucks.

I have two that would show (one on my ankle and one on my back) and I'd really like to cover up the one on my back.  My ex and I got tattoos together and although I still like the tattoo, I really would prefer not to see a visual image of him in any of my wedding pictures.  This is part of the reason I'm not going to do an updo as well.  Do you think the cover up with stay on all day through the sun and heat?
