Not sure if you're still looking but I used A Dream Wedding Maui Style and Tracy Flanagan, the owner, is AWESOME!!

I am working with them right now and I don't really have anything negative to say.  You get exactly what you expect - no frills, but not bad service either.  I'm planning on a budget so I'm okay with that.  If you want someone who will hold your hand through every decision and provide a ton of guidance, I would recommend spending more and going with someone else.
