I'm not sure if you are still looking, but I booked Octavio Montes for my June wedding in Riviera Maya.  He is VERY affordable and offers much more than most photogs.  I got a 3 hour wedding day package PLUS a 2 hour TTD session the following day for $900!  This includes 125 prints (my choice in size) and a High-res CD of ALL pictures taken.  He even offers to deliver your prints to you at your resort or the airport!
