Just thought you ladies would like more detailed information like I did. I will trust my mother and grandmothers gowns only to a certified gown specialist now that I have researched the restoration process. I actually called the only certified cleaners in Raleigh, NC today. They were very knowledgeable and said they would discuss the entire process to me before touching my gowns. I want nothing but confidence when handing over my gowns!
