Every single little thing.... I'm so happy I did it.. but the cutting of everything killed me!!! ESPECIALLY SINCE THAT BOARDING PASS IS A MAGNET... and I had to cut out the magnet part of the boarding pass twice for the same thing..

It's worth it though... the only thing that I regret is not putting something that says "handmade" on the envelope... like a stamp... because I don't think people are going to thing I made them... they are going to thing I bought them..

Which is I guess a good thing, but I want people to know I did them!!!

Thanks so much girls!

SUPPLIES:

Well I bought the SHEET of magnets from orientaltrading.com....You can fit 3 boarding passes on 1 sheet! Which means if you buy 1 Pack, you can make 36 Boarding Passes for 9.99!!! lol (The product number is below)

I bought Cardstock from Staples. The heaviest one they have is I think 112 lbs, so I bought that in a Creamy-Beige color. I used the cardstock for both the boarding pass and cover.

I bought ribbon from walmart for like $0.50 a spool in different colors. This is to tie the ribbon around the boarding pass cover.

I used the BOARDING PASS TEMPLATE and filled it in with my own creations. For the cover, I made my own and it took a while getting everything aligned.

I cut EVERYTHING out at school (I'm a teacher) on the paper slicer, which saved me a heck of a lot of time!!!

I cut all the boarding passes out around those silly little round edges FIRST, I thought I had carpal tunnel after.... Then when those were all cut, I peeled the back off of ONE WHOLE magnet strip.... Placed THREE save the dates on back and RE-CUT THEM OUT AROUND THOSE STUPID LITTLE EDGES.

(It won't work the other way where you just throw the whole sheet of paper on tope of the magnet then cut it out because the paper is so thick... I TRIED :)

I cut 2 corner slits in the STD cover and put the boarding pass in there, closed it up with ribbon wrapped around once, then tied with a little bow!

HOPE THIS HELPS!!!
