Try to track it and see if there is a pattern. If there is, just attribute it to nature and stay positive :)

Hi girls! I joined WW last year in May.. followed it for a couple of months and lost 12 pounds. Meanwhile, gained it back over the summer and fall.... so I joined again in December. Been following the points plus program since then but I'm have a HARD time. My friend joined at the same time as me and she's almost down 45 pounds and I'm down maybe 15. I am discouraged! For budget issues, I decided to stop the weekly meetings and keep the online program only (including etools) but I am not using it. I get married in Mexico in 9 weeks and my dress is tight ughhhh I would like to lose 10 before June. I think it's do-able but with no mess ups and I have a bachelorette and two wedding showers coming up so I'm petrified!

I'm 1 pound short of being under 200 lbs for the first time in about 4 years so that's exciting but I wanted to be below 190 for the wedding. Any yummy recipe ideas from anyone?

I tried a good salad the other day:

2 pieces of laughing cow cheese triangles coated with crushed pecans (toast in a frying pan before placing on the salad)

1/2  cup sliced beets (can)

Arugula

Balsamic and olive oil dressing with salt and pepper

All that for 4 points I think!

I think I will try and stay low on the carbs for the next couple of weeks to save on points and fill up with protein, yogurt, nuts, fruits and veggies.

Nice to finally be able to chat with others and maybe get some new ideas!

Hi Mssanders111111!

Just remember, all you can do is all you can do!  But taking a picture of what you looked like when you met and putting it on the fridge helps too! ;)

Look the way that i did when he first met me.LOL year @143 5'10 oh do i miss that body. I truly have been out of shape for 5-6 years. Since college I am now 25 @245 pound. I only tell you guys this so you can get the image of what my Hubby to be feel in love with. I dont want to scare him with the till death do us part and he looks up and do the math. (HMM if she gain double her weight in the first five years what will she be in the next five.) LOL and also I have two sisters who are young and sexy. I dont want to be the Kloe Kardashion(SP?) of my own wedding. SO maybe if there are some brides who has just started or on the ww track plan, maybe we can talk to each other with out the fear of judgement and get to our goal line together. SO my first question how do you guys go shopping for the week? Im a teacher and enjoy the the smartones and ww items but most need to be heated and iam inside a class and cant do it. I try to keep like apples grapes oranges at reach but there is only so much of the same thing you can eat over and over again.
