WW recommends a slow, healthful weight loss, which is between 1-2 pounds per week. Rapid weight loss (anything more than 2), you'll just gain back. I can attest to this, as I was on Bernstein for 5 weeks last year, lost 19 pounds, and gained it all back plus 10 :(

My hormones have definitely affect my ww diet.. My cycle is off (no worries, not preggers lol) and I just want to get it so my cravings go away and I can get back on track. I lost almost 5lbs the first week because my eating habits and holiday eating was THAT bad! But I gained it back with these crazy cravings =/ I have 1yr and 7mos left lol but winters are the hardest! I want to lose weight gradually and leave it off! Then get toned, so I'm giving myself a good time frame I hope.

That's awesome!!!! Congrats 10% is a BIG deal...I've been dying to step on the scale all week to see if I've made any progress, but am waiting until weigh-in on Wednesday! How long did it take you to lose the 10%?
