My DIY passport invites...Late but finished!!! Pic Heavy!!

Recommended Posts

IMAG0069.jpg   I am so thankful for everyone on this site. It has been an invaluable tool for planning a destination wedding. I am finally dropping my invites in the mail...a few weeks later than expected..but I am sooo glad they are finally done.

I found the template on this site...I believe it is Cross's passport invite thread with template. I changed the layout, pics and wording a bit. My theme is polka dots, and my colors are red and pink. After much web searching , I found my background for my invites. I wasn't sure how polka dots on a passport invite would look, but I was pleasantly surprised at the end result.

I used pearlized linen cardstock from Michael's for the cover and pearlized pink paper ordered from paper and more. I also ordered my A2 envelopes in metallic red from paper and more. I found pink and red polka dot envelope liners from mountain cow. I ordered my postcard RSVP's from vistaprint, after I designed it. I also included a magnet from vistaprint to include with the invites.

I attached the cover to the pages with red staples that I found in Staples. I am using a personalized starfish stamp for the return address on the back of the envelope.IMAG0074.jpgIMAG0076.jpg
