I made it out of mexico last night, after purchasing an emergency a 1 way ticket for a whopping $1400... YIKES!!! But, i made it home and out of harms way and want to share this story with the world... This wedding will be memories for me for a lifetime!

I wrote a story on my wedding blog, showcasing the story and the imagery that goes along with this incredible experience, ironically named "mission mexico".

This has to be one of the most incredible experiences of my lifetime...

Matt, thank you for sharing this story. It actually brought tears to my eyes to think about how relaxed and laid back the B&G are, considering everything, and to know their guests are there to enjoy the celebration of their marriage. It's not about where you get married, what the flowers look like, etc, it's about marrying the person you want to spend the rest of your life with.

Thanks for sharing. You just put everything back into perspective!

You are exactly right...in this case, its not about the tangible... The experience here is precious for these people. Although not as planned (and she planned some amazing details for mission mexico on "holbox" the total plan will be more memorable for these people.

This experience (still happening) they are riding out this hurricane in Valladolid, has brought this group of family and friends closer together, in my opinion. Vanessa is so awesome. I couldn't believe her no stress attitude.

We loved this job!

Glad to be home safe... I really don't want to put a price tag on safety... BUT

This is another reason we charge what we charge. We risk our equipment and livelihood for our clients... Its all part of doing business...
