Beaches ~ Turks & Caicos Roll Call!

Brandy I actually contacted them the other day and they said I should have had it by now! I probably should of had it within 2 weeks, so they had me contact Monica to see whats going on with it, I emailed her I think either thursday or friday and havent heard anything back yet!

I was happy with my results, as far as hair and makeup goes, they work with you too, they ask you what type of look you want, and if you normally wear a lot of make up or not, and you can bring them in pictures and they will duplicate it, I was happy and my MIL was happy with her's as well.

Brandy- I also inquired about my video, and Monica just got back to me saying that I should have revieved a link to view the video, that way I can approve it and they then ship it. I never recieved a link though, so she is checking with the resort now. I will let you know what ends up happening! Im anxious to get mine after only 2 weeks! I can only imagine how you feel!

Hmmm thats strange! Somebody isnt doing their job!!!

Yeah I had no idea I would get it that soon, I was told by the onsite WC that they would mail me the first draft, then I would make changes, mail it back and get the final, nothing was even mentioned about a link to view it, which sounds much easier than having to mail it back!!! Yeah well I still havent even heard back from Monica yet, but keep me posted!

Not to be a "debbie downer", but I find it really difficult communicating with Monica! 

 

Anyways...7 days until we leave!!! I am so excited!  I'm glad we get to work with someone different once we get to the resort.

The DVD takes about 7/10 business days for the editing and we send a link out to you to view & approve before shipping to your home.

 

I have copied the video studio to seek details as unfortunately I don’t have information on the video status.

Hey Everyone! I'm back, it was an awesome resort.... So glad we chose to go there! As far as getting hair and make-up done there I would go else where I had eight girls in my wedding and they all hated their hair. I like mine but my make-up was too light and I had to get my sister to fix it for me before the wedding. I will write a detailed review later. TI is by far the best photographers ever, and it was so much fun. I can't wait to see our pictures..... Our beaches picture was terrible! Glad I made the decision to go with TI!!

Brandy, yes that is basically exactly what she responded to me with.

 

I did get a email yesterday from beaches with a link to our pictures...which I already had all set up. So I emailed them back letting them know it is the video I need. We have had nothing but issues with the phoographers at Beaches. Everything was screwed up down there as well.

 

I recommend to all the brides out there to go with Tropical Imaging!!! My guests got the same pictures Beaches got, if not BETTER! Its a total scam/ripoff to go with Beaches Photographs. They are SO unorganized!!! Just have one of your guest volenteer to take photos of the ceremony and anything else on the Beaches property you may want. I guarentee they will be the same quality if not way better.

 

Tropical Imaging will come right to you, you will just have to walk a little ways down the beach so you are off Beaches property....I would have gotten my family ones done with TI too if I had known that before, but I found out a little to late. Oh well, the TTD came out amazing, and it was fun to just be with my husband for a little while.
