There is nothing wrong with eloping. I wouldn't go to Hawaii for only 4 days and I live in Southern Cali where it is only like a 5-6 hour flight, so I can imagine east-coasters not wanting to take such a quick trip. Do what you want to do and whoever is with it will find a way to go. If it's only the two of you that would be incredibly romantic and special too!!
