Newly engaged

My name is Becky and I've only been engaged for a few days! We don't have a wedding date yet, but we're thinking Nov 2008 in Buenos Aires. However I have NO idea where to even start for planning. We don't have friends/family in Argentina and speak limited Spanish. We just want to have a small Catholic ceremony someplace unique - and we've always wanted to go to Argentina....
