Restaurants

Hi - I'm the "mother of the bride" who's the lucky one doing all the arrangements.  Our daughter is getting married at the Barcelo at the end of April 2011.  It's going to be a small crowd and she's decided to have dinner at one of the restaurants.  The group will be about 20.  Any comments on the restaurants (good, bad or indifferent)?  We're not as concerned about the food as we are about the ambience/setting.

Rose, which Barcelo are you at?  There is a restaurant and small hotel named Al Cielo right next to the Barcelo Colonial in Xpu-Ha.  I really like Al Cielo.  There are only 4 rooms at the hotel but a restaurant large enough for 40.  You have the beach to yourself and they have a pretty great group rates when trying to coordinate a group dinner.
