I understand the frustration with the slow responses. I ended up calling the bodas office to check if susana has checked my e-mails because I needed my confirmation, so I can start planning. Unfortunately, she wasn't in the office both days that I called. This was last wednesday and thursday. Hopefully, she'll contact us soon! Goodluck!

can you give me the number you dialed? I'm getting a little nervous that maybe her pregnancy is going to delay our planning and since shes 5 months, she'll be leaving in 4, and my wedding is in 6 months

It seems like Susana is having a difficult pregnancy. I completely understand that brides need questions answered for budgeting, vision, and shopping purposes but things do come together in the end.  

 

FYI: they have an IKEA store about 15 minutes (by car) from the hotel. I'm assuming they carry the same vases and candles that they have is US.  Also, Christmas Tree Shop has 50% off summer clearance - starfish, reefs, sand dollars, frames, etc.

Not sure if this has already been answered.  Believe it or not, I'm still reading past forum posts. Hehe.

 

Where did you brides book your stay at the Barcelo Bavaro Adults only or the Palace Deluxe?  Also, is it true that guests staying at the Adults only have access to the Palace Deluxe but not the other way around?  Or is there universal access?

Hi Ladies, I am another newbie to the thread! I have read the entire thread from beginning to end now I have information overload haha. In all seriousness, thank you all for posting so much information here. I definitely have less questions for my WC because of you guys. I sent the date request form last Thursday the 15th and still await any kind of confirmation. I am doing a catholic wedding in the chapel. I haven't seen this name being mentioned on the thread but the lady that responded to my first inquiry is called Daniela. Have any of you guys heard of her? Any input that you guys have is always welcome. Any information that I get, I will be sure to pass it along.
