Hi Ladies!

 

I am just starting the wedding planning process. I have been emailing the hotel to find out about the different packages but have yet to receive a response. I am between the strawberry package and the tangerine package but I wanted to know whether the strawberry package included decorations during the reception?

 

Also,

Can we bring our own decorations?

Hopefully she is not but I am sure everything will still turn out great. Hi everyone, we just did our preliminary prebooking for our flights for November 2014 and have 20 people booked.  But my travel agent is having a tough time trying to confirm the dates with the resort because they are taking a long time to reply.  I understand I am well in advance and it's slower season so many of the staff are taking holidays.  But my guests are preparing for first week of November and I'm having a growing anxiety that for some reason this week might not be available.  My main questions are:

- How early did you ladies secure/deposit for your wedding?

- ANY ladies out there having a wedding in November 2014???

Just having a mild panic attack here... :c

My wedding is Sept 6 2014 and I just booked my date last week so I'm glad I'm not the only really early bride to be haha

I actually have a travel agent and she started the process for me but I took over once I got the available date. I'm more hands on and need to know things ASAP to plan accordingly so I contact my WC directly at BBPD. I speak to her at least once a week and we email once a week as well to make sure I ask all I need to and not wait until last minute.

THANK YOU THANK YOU for replying! Congratulations to you and your fiance!  I am totally the same way and I think that's why I am slightly losing it right now.  Do you mind me asking which coordinator you are dealing with?  I just want to secure my date, like NOW and give myself some piece of mind. We don't have much room to move date's around because it's my fiance's grandma's 90th birthday the same month and the family specifically asked us to move our wedding earlier (hence early November). Ahh! My mind is spinning!
